Legal Counsel

Our client is a fast-growing international energy company headquartered in Switzerland. To strengthen its Legal Team, we are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Legal Counsel who is eager to take on responsibility and grow within a dynamic international business.

Your Role

As a key member of the DACH Legal Team, you will advise the business across Switzerland, Germany and Austria on a broad range of commercial and legal matters. Working closely with senior legal and business stakeholders, you will draft and negotiate contracts, support strategic projects and contribute to the company's transition towards sustainable energy solutions.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide pragmatic legal advice to the business across the DACH region
  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Support cross-border projects and transactions
  • Advise on regulatory, compliance and data privacy matters
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel
  • Contribute to legal processes, contract templates and internal policies


Your Profile

  • MLaw (or equivalent) with education in Swiss or German law
  • 3+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally gained in-house and/or in private practice
  • Business-fluent German and English (written and spoken) are essential
  • Commercial mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to work in a fast-paced international environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
