Backoffice & Traffic Assistant

Responsibilities

 

  • Storage monitoring / planning
  • Demurrage calculation / invoicing – barge and vessel
  • Cost – P&L calculation
  • Invoicing
  • Invoice checking from service providers
  • Vessel operation, nomination etc
  • Inspection / Agent nomination
  • Cargo insurance declaration
  • VAT declarations


Profile
 

  • Some similar experience in an oil / petrochemicals company
  • Experience with Demurrage, Insurance, VAT and Invoicing docs
  • Advanced English and German skills
  • Commercial thinking, well organized with attention to detail and able to work under pressure
  • Interested in the logistic processes of commodity trading, willing to learn and progress
