For an important consumer goods company based in Zug we presently are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Manager Consumer Goods
You will be responsible for designing and deploying TA Strategy and Process across the Group, as well as enabling the sourcing, onboarding, internal/external identification, assessment and mobilization of the top tents.
- Partner with group and country business and HR leaders to identify needs and gaps for leadership roles, diversity and other strategic talent segments
- Identify critical positions and manage the process for defining and ensuring a strong, diverse bench of ready candidates for key roles
- Build and manage the talent pipeline of internal candidates and promote the international mobility through various initiatives
- Develop and lead all aspects of strategic TA across the Group, including attraction strategies, sourcing and selection methods, tools and programmes
- Deploy a comprehensive recruiting operating mode across the countries
- Positively position and increase brand awareness
- Develop and deliver a new careers website and social media experience
- Build and deliver efficient processes using TA systems and tools when available, driving consistency and removing roadblocks along the hiring process
- Review existing processes and tools and recommend best practice across the countries and teams
- Develop and drive a digital marketing campaign
- Identification and implementation of digital / online tools
Professional competence
- Excellent communication skills and understanding of working internationally as well as a strong sense of cultural sensitivity
- Ability to facilitate consistency, sustained improvements and enable business outcomes
- Sound understanding of creating and managing digital marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, leadership, partnership and coaching skills
- Broad understanding of state-of-the-art talent acquisition and selection methods and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment
Profile
- Proven capability to engage and influence top management decisions and of customising and incorporating needs of different markets
- Proven ability to influence and gain support of senior leaders through clarity of message, command of subject matter and effective delivery
- Experience of working in an expertise capacity developing concepts, programmes, and business cases for a diverse range of recruitment tools from social media to stimulating internal referrals; talent scouting to external agency engagement
- Experience working with external suppliers (brand/marketing agencies, technology, assessments
- Proven track record of in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
- Fluent written and oral English and German skills
