HR Business Partner
with immediate availability
Your role
As People and Culture Business Partner, you will provide a range of human resources services to support business objectives and employee development across the company. Your primary objective will be, together with the People and Culture Team, to develop and implement strategic organizational effectiveness initiatives that enhance performance, productivity and employee engagement.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Work closely with the Director of People, Culture and Infrastructure, supporting on various projects related to talent acquisition and development
- Support the recruitment and performance review processes
- Provide strategic and detailed HR advice to line managers
- Advise employees on policies and procedures and interpret legislation to support business initiatives
- Provide some administrative support across the employee lifecycle

Our Candidate
You have a Bachelor/Master in Human Resources or related fields and you bring with you at least 5 years of experience you have gained in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment. You are strong in your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically and are able to handle sensitive matters with absolute confidentiality, tact and diplomacy. Your thorough knowledge of the Swiss labour law and the Swiss HR practices will be valuable. Your exceptional organizational and self-motivational skills allow you to effectively manage projects, even under pressure.
