On behalf of our client, a small production and sales company in metals with its commercial office in Zug, we are looking for a younger
Supply Chain Analyst
The Supply Chain Analyst will support the Director of Product Resource Management in managing and optimizing the product and sales portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile production, stock and sales data
- Assist in developing production, sales and stock plan (including margin calculations) and implement same with individual sites
- Monitor regular the adherence to set production, sales and stock targets (including assisting in evaluating and determining target stock levels)
- Manage internal and 3rd party feedstock supply
- Issue monthly reports on production, sales and stocks in line with cooperate requirements
- Issue and monitor shipment plans of producing assets
- Issue supportive calculations
- Manage and optimize supportive planning and reporting tools
- Support of optimizing workflows and establishing procedures and guidelines
- Develop and consolidate divisional material balance for Budget
Your Professional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Solid commercial background
- 3 - 5 years working experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Finance in an international environment, preferably in the trading business
- Great experience of working with numbers (intuitive understanding of numbers, their magnitude, relationships, and how they are affected by operation)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (very strong skills in Microsoft Excel required)
- Fluent in English
- Great sense for numbers with good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Independent, self-motivated and accurate working style with great attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work load, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Flexible and reliable personality, who is able to take initiative and work independently
- Strong team player with good problem solving skills
