Our client is a growing Single Family Office based in Zug, managing a dynamic international group with Dutch roots. To strengthen and expand its legal and compliance services, we are seeking a committed and detail-oriented



Legal & Compliance Professional (80 - 100%)

As the right hand of the Head of Legal & Compliance in Switzerland, you will play an important role in supporting her in daily legal and regulatory tasks and contributing to the further development of the group’s Legal and Compliance functions.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents and agreements
  • Support Compliance processes, including updating internal policies and ensuring alignment with Swiss laws and regulations
  • Maintain and update KYC files and manage AML/KYC related requests
  • Maintain and update corporate housekeeping (e.g. corporate documents, meeting minutes, filings with authorities and chamber of commerce)
  • Maintain and ensure proper filing of internal documents, organize and manage company records in a structured and accessible way
  • Supporting cross-functional teams (e.g. Finance, Administration, Tax)
  • Take part in diverse internal projects and initiatives


Your Profile

  • BA in law or commercial education with further degree in Paralegal (CAS)
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in Legal & Compliance, Paralegal, or similar role, ideally within a family office, financial institution, or trust
  • Knowledge of Swiss law and regulatory frameworks, including Swiss AML laws and regulations
  • Proficient in English and German; Dutch is an asset
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and reliable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently while being a supportive and collaborative team player
  • Flexible and eager to support within the group
