Our client is an internationally established Swiss asset management company based in Zug. For many years, the firm has been recognized for its strong reputation in the financial market, built on the commitment and expertise of its highly qualified specialists. With around 40 employees, the company is now in an exciting growth phase, expanding into new offices and markets.
To strengthen the corporate team at its headquarters in Zug, we are looking to fill the newly created position of a:
HR Coordinator 40- 80%
In this newly created and broad role, you will take on responsibility in Human Resources Management while also contributing to projects, organizational development, and administration.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational HR function, covering the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, including full personnel administration in close collaboration with management
- Act as the first point of contact for internal HR-related matters
- Supervise the monthly payroll process in coordination with an external payroll provider
- Contribute to HR projects such as university recruitment for traineeships
- Develop HR guidelines, policies, and expense regulations
- Support recruitment activities for new employees
- Organize and coordinate company social events (e.g., Christmas party, ski weekend)
Beyond HR, you will also be involved in organizational and structural topics such as:
- Administration & Coordination: Establish processes, coordinate tasks, and maintain an overview
- Process Optimization: Manage interfaces between teams and streamline workflows
Your Profile
- Relevant professional experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or a similar role
- Knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practices
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
- High degree of flexibility and hands-on mentality
- Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
- A proactive and team-oriented personality who enjoys shaping processes and supporting growth
